Production Flow

1.Design drawing - Calculate the buffer thickness and buffer area of the package according to the requirements of the packaged product and the transportation conditions, etc., and communicate with the customer at the initial stage of design;

2. Hand-made samples - Hand-made EPS samples according to the shape of the product and the point of focus;

3. Use manual sample and simulated flow environment or do drop test according to customer requirements to determine the cushioning performance of the buffer package;

4. According to the experimental results, the cushioning performance and appearance of the packaged samples are evaluated and corrected,until the final setting and drawing of the product;

5. Make wood type according to the drawing or packaging sample,and the characteristics of the EPS shape moulding machine to be used;

6. Casting engineering aluminum mold;

7.CNC machining, and reduces the amount of processing as much as possible in addition to the mating surface;

8. Assembling the mold, mainly the fitter;

9. Try the mold, determine the production process, and adjust the machine;

10. Check the product or change the mold until the customer is satisfied;

11. Cast multiple sets of cavities, one mould as many as possible to improve production efficiency.
