Step 2: Wooden Model
After drawing confirmation, we produce high-precision wooden models as the prototype of the formal mold.
Step 3: Common Casting & 3D printed sand mold casting
We mainly adopt conventional sand casting for mold production, a mature and reliable process ensuring stable quality and cost efficiency for mass manufacturing. Meanwhile, we are also equipped with 3D printed sand mold casting technology to support rapid prototyping and production of complex customized molds.
Step 4: CNC Process(Cavity & Core & Al Plate)
All mould cavities, cores, male plates, female plates and filling gun plates are processed by high-precision CNC equipment. Strictly follow the confirmed dimensions.
Step 5: Drill Holes/Install Core Vents /Polishing/Match The Mould
Complete professional hole drilling and core vent installation according to process requirements. Then we carry out fine polishing for the mould surface to ensure smooth EPS foam demolding.
Step 6: Teflon Coated
The mold surface is coated with a high-quality Teflon coating
Step 7: Finished Mold(test mould is available)
After all processes are completed, the mould is finished, we will test the mould to verify its quality and effectiveness.

A: Delivery time varies by product: EPS expandable polystyrene machine: 30 to 45 days EPS mould / EPS box mould / EPS foam mould: 20 to 30 days EPS machine spare parts: 3 to 7 days We also provide EPS machine layout and pipe layout for your EPS plant for free.
Q: Can you customize EPS moulds or produce based on samples?
A: Yes, we support custom mould design and can produce EPS moulds according to your samples or technical drawings. Our moulds are energy-saving, high-efficiency, and suitable for EPS foam shape mold machines, EPS panel making machines, and EPS box making machines.
Q: What are the payment and delivery terms?
A: We accept T/T and LC at sight. Delivery terms include EXW Factory, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, and CIF. MOQ is 1 set. We also provide EPS machine production line layout and turnkey project support.
