Adopting 6+6 cavity layout,made of high‑quality cast aluminum,with 0.3% shrinkage reserved for EPS material. Every set goes through full‑cycle production including 3D design,prototype verifying,aluminum casting,CNC high‑precision machining,vent hole drilling,polishing and Teflon anti‑stick coating. All moulds will be machine‑tested before packing & shipment to guarantee stable foaming performance.

Step1: Product & Mould 3D Design

Professional engineers develop drawings by SolidWorks and UG NX according to customer requirements. Both product drawing and mould drawing will be reviewed and confirmed by customer before manufacturing.

Step2: Wooden & Plaster Prototype

After drawing confirmation,we produce wooden model and plaster model to verify product shape and dimension before casting.

 

 

 

 

 

Step3: Sand Casting / 3D‑Printed Sand Mold Casting

Molten aluminum is poured into sand moulds to get solid aluminum blanks. Cast‑aluminum blanks own stable structure and outstanding durability.

 

 

 

 

 

Step4: High‑precision CNC Machining

All cavities,cores and aluminum plates are processed by CNC equipment to achieve high assembly accuracy.

 

 

 

 

 

Step5: Drilling,Core‑vent Installation,Polishing & Mould Matching

Drill holes and install core vents to ensure smooth foaming. Fine polishing on mould surface. Complete mould assembly and debugging to ensure flexible opening and closing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step6: Teflon Coating

Apply Teflon coating on mould surface for anti‑sticking,wear‑resistance and corrosion resistance performance.

 

 

 

 

 

Mould Test & Delivery

Finished mould will be tested on real EPS machine. Only qualified mould will be packed for shipment.
