Our Professional EPS Mould Production Process (7 Steps from Design to Finished Product)
Step 1: Product drawing & mould design made by engineers
Our professional engineers finish overall design according to helmet production requirements. Skilled workers manually check all dimensions and structural details. Product drawings and mould drawings are fully confirmed before production.

Step 2: Wooden Model
Senior craftsmen manually make high-precision wooden and plaster prototypes. Workers polish and calibrate the models carefully to ensure accurate shape and size.

Step 3: Common Casting & 3D printed sand mold casting
We adopt standard sand casting process. Professional workers strictly control molten aluminum temperature, pouring speed and cooling time, to produce dense and high-strength aluminum blanks.

Step 4: CNC Process(Cavity & Core & Al Plate)
All cavities, cores and aluminum plates are processed by high-precision CNC machines. Workers monitor equipment operation in real time and recheck all dimensions after machining.

Step 5: Drill Holes/Install Core Vents /Polishing/Match The Mould
Workers accurately drill holes and install core vents. Fine polishing is conducted to remove burrs. Finally, we assemble and debug the mold to ensure flexible opening and closing.


Step 6: Teflon Coated
Workers thoroughly clean the mold surface first, then spray uniform high-quality Teflon coating. Manual inspection is carried out to ensure excellent anti-sticking and wear-resistant performance.

Step 7: Finished Mold(test mould is available)
After all processes are completed, we install the mold on the machine for trial production. We check molding effect, size consistency and overall performance. Only qualified products will be packaged and delivered.
