Step 1:Product drawing & mould design made by engineers

Our professional engineers design the mould according to your production requirements. We double-check product drawings and mould drawings carefully to make sure all sizes and structures meet your standards.

Step 2: Wooden model & Plaster model

After drawings are confirmed, we make wooden models. We check the overall shape and size in advance to fix tiny errors, laying a solid foundation for formal production.

 

 

 

Step 3: Common casting & 3D printed sand mold casting

For mass-produced standard molds, professional casting workers strictly follow standardized procedures to complete sand filling, compaction, mold closing and aluminum liquid pouring.

 

 

 

Step 4:CNC Process(Cavity & Core & Al Plate)

Cavities, cores and all aluminum plates are processed by high-precision CNC equipment, ensuring high assembly accuracy of the whole mould.

 

 

 

 

Step 5: Drill Holes/Install Core Vents /Polishing/Match The Mould

We drill holes and install vents for smooth foaming and air exhaust. The mould surface is finely polished. Finally we assemble and debug the mould to ensure flexible opening and closing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 6: Teflon Coated

Teflon coating is sprayed on the mould surface to enhance anti-stick, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant ability, extending the service life.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 7:Finished Mould(test mould is available)

After all processes are finished, we test the mould on machine. Only qualified products will be packaged and delivered to Mexico.
